Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for above communities for above District in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the following dates in following districts
Age :- 18 - 36 (Between 2.1.1978 - 1.1.1996)
Qualification:-
1. General : A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or B grade in Science subject. Relaxation of 10% marks will be allowed to those belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and 5% marks to Socially and Educationally Backward Communities who come under the purview of G.O (P) 208/66/PD dtd 21.05.1966 and subsequent orders/amendments. SSLC or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces. (b) Technical : A pass in one year Medical Laboratory Technician's Training Course conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala or by the Public Health Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram, or any qualification equivalent thereto

) Those who have registered shall apply by logging in to their profile using their User-ID and Password. No application fee is required. Candidates can view, rectify defects and have print outs of the details in the registration card by clicking the link Registration Card after entering the home page. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password and they shall quote the user ID for further communication with the Commission. Applications which are submitted not in accordance with the provisions of the notification and instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove qualification, age, community etc have to be produced as and when called for.
