THIRD NCA NOTIFICATION
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'.
Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies reported and pending and that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the list. 
5. Method of appointment : Direct Recruitment  6. Age limit : 19-36 
Only candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.1995 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. (for other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see para 2 of part II General Conditions)  
7. Qualifications : 
a. Educational qualification :Must possess B.A, B.Sc or B.Com Degree of any recognized University or its equivalent qualification. (KS & SSR Part II rule 10 (a) ii is applicable.) In the case of Ex-Servicemen the minimum qualification shall be SSLC.
b. Physical Standards : Must not be less than 165 cms, in height, 81 cms, round the chest with a minimum expansion of 5 cms, provided that the minimum height in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST shall be 160 cms, only. There will be no relaxation for chest measurement in the case of SC/ST candidates.
C. Candidate should produce at the time of interview a Medical Certificate in original obtained from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon Grade II in the form prescribed hereunder, certifying their Physical Fitness, Capacity for outdoor work and Eye sight.Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses .

Note: Each eye must have full field of vision. Colour Blindness, squint or any morbid condition of the eye or lids of either eye will be a disqualification. 

d. Candidates should produce at the time of interview a medical certificate in original in the form prescribed hereunder certifying to their physical fitness and eyesight without glasses obtained from any one of the following medical officers. 
1. Director, Health Services 
2. Deputy Director, Health Services 
3. Principal, Medical College 
4. District Hospital Superintendent 
5. District Medical Officer 
6. Ophthalmic Hospital Superintendent. 
7. Director, T.B. Centre 
8. First Grade Civil Surgeon. 
9. Medical College Professor 
10 Associate Professor in the Medical Colleges
E. Physical Efficiency Test for Male candidates Male candidates must qualify any of the five events out of the eight specified below in the Physical Efficiency Test.

Note: 
1 If accidents or injuries happen to a candidate while participating in the Physical Efficiency Test, he will not be given further chance to participate in the test. 
2 Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen subject to the condition stipulated in G.O. (MS) 50/70/PD dated 12.02.70 
3 Ladies and physically handicapped persons are not eligible to apply for this post. 
4 Ex-Servicemen will be entitled to the relaxations contemplated in G.O.(Ms) No.71/78/TD dated 08.06.1978 for Physical Efficiency Test. 
Probation :- Every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for two years within a continuous period of 3 years. 
Training :- Every person appointed to this post shall undergo such training for a period of not less than six months as may be prescribed by the Department. The period of training shall count for Probation and increment. 
Test:-  Every person appointed for this post should within the period of probation pass Account Test (Lower) and Excise Test Part A & B. 
8 Tentative Schedule of Examinations 
i. O.M.R. Test 2 nd August 2014 
ii. Physical Efficiency Test Between December 2014 and February 2015

Candidates can view and have a printout of the details in the profile by clicking the link Registration Card . Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before applying for a post, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile and they shall quote the User Id for further communication with the Commission. Application once submitted will be received as provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Applications submitted not in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove qualification, community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
